Add cycleway on St Augustines Rd westbound from Bacons Lane to the Boythorpe Rd roundabout.

There are already cycle lanes on Whitecotes Lane west of the roundabout, and adding a short segregated link here would make the Bacons Lane route from A61 to Whitecotes Lane more pleasant to use.
