This bike route from hornsbridge through to boythorpe road is very popular and I've regularly seen as many as 4 people waiting to cross the road in turn due to social distancing.
Along the A619 provide a dedicated cycleway by moving motor vehicles to one side getting rid of hatched areas and separating cycles by planters.

Great protected lane through the rbout but parked cars on left are hazard, especially when taking the rh turn (heading uphill towards Newbold)
No crossing facilities here but is a main route for pedestrians into and out of the train station, it's dangerous and often leads to a number of people waiting to dash across the road during busy times.
Ghost lane in the middle of Highfield Lane could be removed and a segregated cycle lane installed in space freed up to protect users heading up the hill.
