Access linking Seymour trails and Poolsbrook Country Park over tip, can get quite muddy but only alternative is using the road.

Unfortunately, the gap created at the side of the locked steel barrier has a loose stone surface, adjoining nice tarmac. The change in surface will catch out the unwary, especially as the stone surface becomes more eroded over time
